Players should register and pay entry fee at the European Tour Office;

Players should show their credentials.

PRO-AM

The Pro-Am will take place on Wednesday, 7 April. The Pro-Am timetable times will be available at the European Tour and at the main board and official hotel.

LOCAL RULES, PIN POSITIONS & SCORECARDS

These will be distributed on the starting Tees on Pro-Am and tournament days.

NOTICES

All important changes, timetables and special notices will be placed on the Players Notice Board located in front of the bag storage.

MAIL & LOST PROPERTY

Mail and lost items can be picked up at the Players Registration Desk subject to correct identification.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Permanent medical assistance is provided through the week. Please contact the Tournament Office for service;

The Physic Unit also provides massage and physiotherapy for the week.They will be based in the ladies locker room.

PLAYERS LOUNGE

The players Lounge for breakfast and lunch is located in the restaurant down stairs.

These area will be reserved for exclusive use of players and close family. All the players must pick up the tickets for lunch at the European Tour Office.

PRACTICE GROUND

The practice ground will be supplied with Titleist balls;

In the interests of all concerned, we request you to kindly aim at flags and markers. See separate sheet for opening and closing times.

LOCKERS

Lockers are available to players;

It is requested that you do not leave any valuables in the Locker Room, as the Organisation will not be held responsible for any losses, whether suffered by players or caddies;

Kindly also remember to return the key after the event;

No smoking allowed in the locker rooms.

BREAKFAST AT THE HOTEL

Breakfast can be taken at the hotel at:

Monday & Tuesday  - 07:00

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday- 05:30

Saturday & Sunday  - to be confirmed on Friday.
